How does the implementation happen and what does it require of us?

The implementation is mostly a simple plug-and-play process that does not require any technical knowledge, other than entering content into the system, unless there is a need for integrations beyond the standard. The app can be used immediately.

How does the onboarding process work?

Izy has an onboarding process that ensures thorough training for your users. All that's required from your side is a resource who can be responsible for delegating the right responsibilities internally. We'll make sure the setup is correct and you'll be supported throughout the process by a dedicated contact person. Izy is a user-friendly system that does not require extensive IT knowledge. It is a back-office system that you will be trained in, and this requires at least one person to receive the training. The training can be conducted both digitally and physically, by appointment. For a detailed onboarding plan, please contact us. The time it takes depends on the scope and how often you can set aside time. For example, a standard setup can be completed with two meetings over two weeks.

Does the platform handle meeting center management?

Yes, you can invite as many users as you want and give them access to manage the meeting center. There are no restrictions on the number of users.
