How does the implementation happen and what does it require of us?
Izy has an onboarding process that ensures thorough training of your users. All that's required on your part is a resource who can be responsible for delegating the right responsibilities internally. We make sure the setup is correct and provide support throughout the process. We can integrate your payment solution with Vipps and Stripe. If necessary, we can also set up an integration with the accounting system for automatic invoicing. Izy is a user-friendly system that does not require extensive IT knowledge. The implementation time depends on the number of modules, your needs and availability. If you don't already have Vipps, it will take some time to set up. Otherwise, the system can be up and running during the day, depending on our capacity.
Is Izy approved as a POS system?
Yes, Izy is an approved POS system that eliminates the need for receipt machines and other hardware. Payment is made directly in the app, either via Vipps or card payment. We can also generate X-, Z- and SAF-T-reports (daily settlement automatically), as well as Excel reports that provide detailed information about when goods are purchased, by whom, and follow orders in detail. With Izy, you can make your own product range available and set your own prices. We can also facilitate subsidies and differentiate between different agreements for user prices in the canteen, which happens automatically. The product list is updated manually via the user interface on the website. In the future, we will also offer an automatically populated product list.
